本次热点论坛以 “AI赋能学校管理：从理念到行动” 为主题，聚焦中文学校如何在AI时代实现管理优化、教学提升与教师专业成长。论坛将引导校长与管理者从思想观念的更新出发，进一步探索AI工具在校务流程、招生宣传、课堂支持与家校沟通中的落地实践，分享可立即采用的高效策略。
在实践经验的基础上，论坛也将共同展望中文教育的未来创新路径，讨论如何在协会的引领与支持下，共建 “AI + 中文教育” 的培训体系与管理资源库，推动形成 更高效、更智慧、且富有文化温度的中文教育生态。

毕业于美国宾夕法尼亚大学，获教育管理学博士学位，现任美国中北大学终身教授，负责中文项目管理与教学创新。2018–2025年，她担任瑞华中文学校副校长及校长，并连续十余年主持美国国家“星谈”（STARTALK）暑假高中生中文沉浸式与教师培训项目，致力于跨文化双语人才的培养。她现为全美中文学校协会理事，负责协会华文大讲堂及年会审稿组织工作，关注AI时代中文教育的创新发展。Dr. Jinai Sun earned her doctorate in Educational Administration from the University of Pennsylvania and is a tenured Professor of Chinese at North Central College, where she leads curriculum planning and pedagogical innovation. She previously served as Associate Principal and Principal of Ray Chinese School (2018–2025) and directed federally funded STARTALK immersion and teacher-training programs for over a decade. Her work centers on bilingual/bicultural competence and intercultural education. Dr. Sun also serves on the Board of the Chinese School Association in the United States (CSAUS), overseeing the Grand Lecture Series and annual conference review, and is committed to advancing innovative approaches to Chinese education in the AI era.

Earned bachelor and master's in applied mathematics and computer science, as well as an MBA degree. Previously held key roles in several major multinational companies, gaining extensive experience in IT management, project management, product management, and market and technology development, along with short-term entrepreneurial experience. Since 2013, has served at Xilin Northwest Chinese School as Board Member, Co-Chair of the Board, and Executive Committee member, and has been the principal since 2021. Dedicated to strengthening the Chinese community, fostering youth development, improving organizational operations, and promoting cultural inheritance and growth.
张群在希望中文学校奉献二十余年，从家长义工到校长与总校 CIO，在校务、教务、安全及技术系统建设等方面全面推动学校管理现代化与教学品质提升。作为西城校区校长，她以身作则、凝聚团队、深入社区文化活动，是推动学校持续发展与创新的核心力量。
Qun Zhang has dedicated over 20 years to Hope Chinese School, growing from a parent volunteer to campus principal and CIO, driving modernization in administration, academics, safety, and technology systems. As principal of the Chantilly campus, she leads by example, builds strong teams, and actively engages the community, serving as a key force behind the school’s growth and continued innovation.
