多年来，致力于支持在美国成长的华裔新生代，关注他们的语言发展、文化认同、心理健康与领导力培养。先后担任希林中文学校教师与校长、全美中文学校协会理事与副会长，并参与全美华人联会教育委员会，与全美教育者共同推动华裔教育。

特别关注美国华裔历史进教材及进课堂，不仅提高我们华裔自己对美国经济，政治及人文贡献的认知，也向主流社会宣传华裔对美国历史贡献和教育的契机。相信，通过教育与故事的力量，提升华裔在美国的社会能见度与文化自信，我们将能够为下一代营造一个更包容、更有力量的广阔未来。

For many years, I have been dedicated to supporting Chinese American youth, with a focus on language development, cultural identity, mental well-being, and leadership growth. I have served as a teacher and principal at Xilin Chinese School, a board member and vice president of the Chinese School Association in the United States (CSAUS), and a member of the Education Committee of the National Council of United Chinese Americans, working alongside educators nationwide to advance Chinese heritage education.

I am particularly committed to promoting the inclusion of Chinese American history in school curricula. This effort not only helps Chinese American students understand their community’s contributions to the economic, political, and cultural development of the United States, but also creates opportunities for the broader public to recognize the important role Chinese Americans have played throughout U.S. history. I believe that through education and storytelling—expanding visibility and cultural confidence—we can help build a more inclusive and empowered future for the next generation.

薛海培是美国华人社会活动家，长期致力于推动华人权益和中美文化交流。作为美国华人全国委员会主席，他是《排华法案》道歉法案的主要推动者之一 [1] [8]，并参与多届总统竞选团队的亚裔事务工作，曾为奥巴马连任竞选建立首个唐人街竞选办公室 [4]。2016年发起首届美国华人大会，推动华裔参政意识和组织建设 [6]。他还通过组织“春节委员会”等举措促进华人文化传承 [2]，并在中美公共外交领域持续发挥桥梁作用

Lisong Liu is professor of history at Massachusetts College of Art and Design. His teaching and research interests focus on Chinese migration, Asian American history, U.S.-China relations, and world history. His monograph on Chinese student and professional migration was published in 2015 as part of Routledge's "Chinese Worlds" series. His current book project is about the history of Chinese immigrants in Boston. He is an associate in research at the Harvard Fairbank Center for Chinese Studies and also a member of the International Advisory Committee at the Chinese Heritage Center at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.

刘立松是麻省艺术设计学院的历史学教授。他的教学和研究兴趣集中在中国移民史、亚裔美国人史、中美关系史及世界史。他关于中国学生和职业人士移民的研究于2015年出版，是Routledge出版社“Chinese Worlds”系列丛书的一部分。他目前正在写一本关于波士顿华人移民史的书。他是哈佛大学费正清中国研究中心的Associate in Research, 也是新加坡南洋理工大学华裔馆国际顾问委员会的成员。
