李钧雷教授，哈佛大学，早期教育Saul Zaentz讲席教授，也曾任教育学院人类发展和教育系主任。研究方向主要包括早教和学校师生互动质量，福利院儿童养育质量，贫困学校教育质量改善等方面。与国内政府、高校、医院和社区儿童机构建立了长期合作研究关系。曾主持多项应用研究项目，致力于把研究和评估与实际操作和教育政策联系起来，提倡把精力和资源集中投入到一线儿童工作者的发展上，尊重老师，支持家庭，从而改善面向儿童、青少年及家庭的健康发展。通过科研和实践工作，李教授坚信在学前教育和家庭教育中，最宝贵成分的是生活学习中最平凡的互动。他主持的师幼互动项目及研发的公益免费的“简易师幼互动工具”逐渐渗透到中美各地的早教及社工系统。

曾任美国弗莱德罗杰斯儿童早期发展中心主任，Rita M. McGinley心理与人类发展首席教授。他是中国福利会信息与研究中心在儿童发展和家庭工作的特聘专家顾问，华东师大特聘客座教授。他早期由发展心理学博士毕业于卡内基梅隆大学。

Junlei Li, Ph.D. is the Saul Zaentz Senior Lecturer in Early Childhood Education at Harvard Graduate School of Education. As a developmental psychologist, his research and practice focus on supporting the helpers – those who serve children and families on the frontlines of education and social services. Studying orphanages, child care, schools, youth programs, he co-develops the “Simple Interactions” approach (www.simpleinteractions.org) to help affirm what ordinary people do extraordinarily well with children in everyday moments. His work is significantly inspired by the pioneering work of Fred Rogers when he served as the Co-Director and Rita M. McGinley Chair for Early Learning and Children’s Media at the Fred Rogers Center.
